Alevi tn 9 hoone on läbinud põhjaliku rekonstrueerimise, mille eesmärk oli säilitada hoone arhitektuuriline autentsus ning samal ajal parandada selle konstruktiivset vastupidavust ja energiatõhusust. Tööde käigus uuendati hoone välisilme, renoveeriti trepikoda ning kõigis korterites tehti remont. Lisaks ehitati välja katusekorterid, mis lisasid hoonele uut funktsionaalsust ja suurendasid selle kasutusvõimalusi. Tänu tehtud töödele on Alevi tn 9 nüüd kaasaegne, vastupidav ja energiasäästlik elukeskkond.
